We have a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) attached to our practice. Her name is Carly. Carly works Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

A HIP supports individuals experiencing stress or any problem impacting their health and well-being. This may include lifestyle changes, difficulties with sleep, anxious thoughts, low mood, chronic pain, relationships, parenting and addiction. Sessions last between 20 -30 minutes. Some people attend a one-off session, others come back for follow up sessions.
